Amazon India — Refund not initiated for my product | |||||
I have purchased moto g4 plus from amazon India[protected]). Within 1 day usage we have found problem with the mobile. Then i have requested for refund but they are saying only replacement only available, and we have mentioned in the product page about that. But in that [product page there is no such information. I asked about that for that they say its seller issue not a amazon issue. I can understand they are cheating me for not issue the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
