Amazon India — Refund not initiated in amazon

I order 1 mobile (5000/-) on 23 march after 2 days i cancelled that order and amazon send refund mail with refund ref no but still now my money not credited and i contact my bank they told amazon declined ur refund kindly check ur merchant... No one response and no one help me... Worst amazon... Both are playing games...

Iam already contact to amazon they told that is successful
Transaction but i cancelled that order after amazon refunded money to your bank with refund reference number[protected]...
