Amazon India — Refund not initiated in amazon | |||
I order 1 mobile (5000/-) on 23 march after 2 days i cancelled that order and amazon send refund mail with refund ref no but still now my money not credited and i contact my bank they told amazon declined ur refund kindly check ur merchant... No one response and no one help me... Worst amazon... Both are playing games... Date of transaction-24/03/2017 Transaction amount-5000 Amount debited from this account[protected] Refund amount - 5000 Refund date - 27/03/17 Mode of transfer (Neft/imps) - online transaction through debit card Iam already contact to amazon they told that is successful Transaction but i cancelled that order after amazon refunded money to your bank with refund reference number[protected]... Below i mentioned amazon send to me refund mail Hello, Your refund of rs.5000 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected]. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query. Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.
