Amazon India — Refund not issued from Amazon for Sharuja 2000 ml storage container

I have purchased SHARUJA 2000 ml Airtight Fridge Storage Container from Amazon on 5 May 2025. They have send only 1000 ml container. On returning they have not refunded the amount (Rs 270) on the contrary they want the enquire that I have returned the different product. See details in video of chat.
