Amazon India — Refund not issued yet.

I've order lenevo laptop online from amazon. That laptop performance was worst, so asked for return. They accepted my return order and picked up product on 10 sept 2020. But still they are not providing return today date is 22 sept 2020. Please help me with my refund amount as it's huge 35, 000 rs. It's online fraud. I request kindly take immediate action.
