Amazon India — Refund not received after 15 days | |||||
I have placed order of 4TB hard disk on[protected]. I got the product on[protected]. After that I returned the product on[protected] due to better price available on eBay.in. They picked up the product on[protected] from my address. But after 7 days when I didn't get the refund I called the customer care and they replied me that my refund will be processed when the product reached at our warehouse. So I waited two more days and called customer care they again informed me that your product is on the way and your refund will be available after it reach at our warehouse. He also informed me that my refund will be processed on or before[protected] as it take maximum 5-10 working days. On[protected] at 9:30 pm till I didn't get the refund information, I called customer care and informed the matter. He told me that the hard disk is used 1TB and so our technical team is checking the matter. I argued with him that what is your refund policy, does it not cover the product? And the call ended with to wait for some more time to get refund. Please help me in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||||
