[Resolved] Amazon India — refund not received after cancelling an order | |||||
I had cancelled one of my order on 12.10.2019 for which a reference no. For refund which is[protected] was issued but not received the money. After contacting them several times the customer care agent said that they had refunded the amount and now they could not do anything. My registered mobile number with amazon india is [protected].
