Amazon India — refund not received after order cancellation

I have order luzon dzire wall type projector screen 6 x 4 feet of cost rs 2560 on dated 20 may 2017. My order no was[protected]
I have paid the amount by debit card. I have cancel the order. They have approved the cancel on 12 june 2017. Since then i waiting for refund this amount. One girl already called me from customer care and she assured me for refund. I have mailed them but no reply.
