Amazon India — refund not received back after order cancellation reply from amazon

Dear amazon executive,

I have been writing to you so many times d=for the refund of rs 19798 paid to amazon via net banking on 6th jul 2020 for the below mentioned orders, but orders called by amazon itself.
Still, the payment was not refunded back to me.
What is the matter?

Please act or i will have to react?

Dated 6th jul 2020.
Order cancelled as payment not received at amazon end due to
Technical error.
But amount deducted from my bank account (Rs 19798 dated 06/07/2020).
As per earlier mail from amazon, it should be done by 13th jul 2020 but
Nothing has been refunded yet.
