I have order a mobile phone Xiomi 11i
As a gift to my friend and i received the wrong item and your delivery agent is not picking up the item their words is they don't collect the wrong item plzz connect to Amazon and get the solution the pickup agent never come to collect the item again and again pickup is cancelled by the agent and after the cancellation i am connected to Amazon support they said we have created the new pickup for you this time definitely it will be picked up if not we will refunding you in advance and then collect the return and this is happening again and again since 23 days non of the agent is providing my refund doing fake promises on mail and call dropping off the call in between i request Amazon plzz refund my hard earned money dont try to fool me again again and i have received mail also for all this promise from your support team
My request is plzz check each and every call recording of you support agent and connect with your third party pickup team DELHIVERY DLV their manager are also refusing to collect the return again and they them self are rescheduling the return pickup
Below i have attached few images plz go through and plzz refund my money on priority their is an weding ceremony on 5dec in my family
If you Amazon is just try to refuse again and again and try to grab my money then please give me the last and final confirmation for all this things happening worst service by support team
