Amazon India — Refund not received for more than 75 days of purchase

First they delivered wrong product and of less price than the one i ordered and return of the product is done with in 3 days i.e., first week of OCT 2015. but they are not giving my refund and saying it is already issued long back. when ever i raise a mail they will tell me to share the details and it is same again and again but no use playing games with out refunding. and lot of mental pressure every day checking for the things and waste of time for me.
