Amazon India — refund not received for order no.[protected]
I placed an order from amazon.in of order number[protected] on 05th july.
After delivery of this product, i just returned it on 13th july, as it was cash on delivery order so refund of 2782rs processed by amazon.in on 13th july.
But the amount was not received on my bank account till now.
Even i raised dispute to citi bank for the refund status they told me there is no transaction from reference number[protected].
In the mail sent to amazon i also attached the dispute form which i raised to bank and reply that i got from bank.
Now can you help me with the issue of refund by providing refund my amount in my amzaon pay balance.
