I placed an order on Amazon (Order ID:[protected] and returned the product on 11 July 2025. The return was accepted and picked up successfully. However, the refund amount of ₹898 has not been credited to my account even after multiple days.
I have already:
- Contacted Amazon customer care multiple times
- Filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (ID: 7478731)
- Emailed Amazon grievance team and received no response
- Posted on social media tagging @amazonIN and @jagograhakjago
Despite all this, Amazon is still not issuing the refund. This delay is causing financial and mental stress, especially as I am a student without family support.
This is an official grievance and legal warning. If Amazon fails to issue my refund immediately, I will escalate the matter through:
- Consumer court (offline filing)
- Public grievance portal (PGPortal)
- IT Ministry escalation
I request the company to process my refund of ₹898 without further delay and share the refund reference number.
