[Resolved] Amazon India — refund not received from last 2 months | |
My order last digits #5521 i have order from amazon and returned the products on 26 august 2019 they have received the product also now they are not refunding my money i am continually contacting them by mail, chatting and call service but they are just giving me time wait for 4 days wait for 7 days this is only happening from last 2 months they are giving me stupid reasons money is stuck with the bank this that only fake comments later they mailed me refund is not going to your bank account we are refunding in amazon pay i agreed that also and i replied on mail please go ahead and refund in amazon pay account but this is also they are not doing this means they are making me fool Was this information helpful? | |

No. 6467We have perused the complaint received from Mr Rubina Shaikh ("Complainant"). We find that we are unable to redress the complaint since the order ID that has been provided is incorrect. You are requested and required to provide us with the correct order ID as found on the tax invoice issued by the independent third party seller or in the alternate provide us with the mobile number and email address used at the time of inception of the amazon.in account. We shall hold your complaint in abeyance till we hear from you with the above particulars and shall appreciate an early revert. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. The above cited reference number may be quoted in the reply. | |
