I purchased a iphone 6s on 29/9/2019 and amount of rs 20999 was deducted from my account. But same was cancelled by me due to rate difference but till now i have not received my refund. I request you to kindly look into the matter as it is pending from last ten days.

Kindly arrange to refund my amount as i need money urgently as it is pending from last ten days.
