[Resolved] Amazon India — Refund not received in spite of complaining multiple times | |
Respected Sir/Mam, I am Anunay Sahu, an account holder of your BOB VijayNagar Branch, Indore. I had done my shopping on amazon.in for a product on 13 October 2021 from the BOB account [protected] through the debit card for Rs. 1549 but later on, I had returned the product and the amount was initiated to me for a refund. Amazon also provided me with the refund reference number (RRN) i.e. Refund Reference # 30005112861286164488395. But Bank of Baroda's customer care executive is not at all responding to me and not taking my complaint seriously. It's been more than the time expected to receive the money still I had not found any hope from their end so I request you to register my complaint about the charge dispute. I request you to kindly register my complaint and also process my refund credit in my account. Was this information helpful? | |
