[Resolved] Amazon India — Refund not received on my bank account | |
Regarding Order Id #[protected], 18-Oct-2020. Refund initiated on by Amazon on 23-Oct-2020, Amount- Rs. 232 But till today 06-Nov-2020, I didn't receive the amount on my bank account. My Bank name- Tripura Gramin Bank. Debit card used during payment of order. I contacted with Amazon customer care & they provide me a Reference ID[protected] & told me to contact my bank branch with this given reference Id. I then contacted with my bank branch, and they said the given reference Id is not a valid banking transaction Id, so they can't help me anything in this matter. Then again I contacted with Amazon customer care & they said they can not help me with this anymore. I request the authority to take necessary action against Ajio and refund my money to my bank account or Ajio wallet ASAP.
