Amazon India — refund not received till now | |||||
On 27th march 2018 i bought a smartphone from amazon using hdfc credit card through no cost emi option but after paying the amount i found out that the product selected was wrong hence i cancelled it right that second. I got message and mail from amazon regarding refund and they said that the refund will be processed and reflected in my bank account but still there is no sign regarding this. Refund reference number for the transaction is [protected] and i already show this thing to bank but still same situation. Help me as soon as possible plz its a request from my side. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 04, 2018 Prakash.garre's response Amazon given me damaged product after 20days my order... If asked about the replacement they are saying no replacement for your order... And customer service team behaving very bad... Amazon is very good but some people not working correctly that's way my order is like this... Please help me | |||||

Hey i was ordered a aldo hand bag od rs. 6180 on 8 march 2018 and suddenly they mailed me your order is cancelled wny am i look mad i waiting form past 3 weeks i want solid reason and compensation thats it.
