Amazon India — refund not received yet from amazon very bad service | |||
I have purchase and product from amazon on 25th of december and they have initiated refund for the same on 7th of january but till now 7 days have passed and i have not got the refund credited in my bank account. I have contacted bank branch and customer services of my bank both are saying we have checked everything and we can't do anything you just contact amazon for this and when i call the amazon customer service they told me to contact my bank.
