I returned the rangriti women's straight kurta. Which was returned on 10th july 2017. Till now i have not received the refund. When i inquired on customer care they told they have already refunded the money. I asked them to share the transaction id and the bank account details to which they made the refund. But that is not shared till now.

On the amazon order screen it is shown that refund is in progress. Pfb the details shown on orders screen of amazon site:-
