Amazon India — refund not yet recd for " family cart steel handle eco friendly soft grass floor broom"

Dear sir/madam,

The subject product was delivered on 22nd feb @ cash and returned on 23rd feb. On 24th got a message for refund initiated and after 2 days as refund approved.

Today we are on 12th march znd not a word of refund? Also along with that item one more item was returned and refund came in account very next day.

For all these years such delay never happened to us.

Could you please check and have it rectified.
