[Resolved]  Amazon India — Refund not yet received/ RRN not provided

My Amazon.in Order #
[protected] amount rs.4719.60 was cancelled by me and as per your
email on 24th june 2021 the refund was initiated i waited for 5 business
days money didn't get credited to my account. I followed up this issue and
the case was escalated for the Refund Reference Number which was not
provided to me. The supervisor, including amazon support people, told me to
wait until Friday, July 9th 2021 so they could update the RRN with me.
10th Saturday and there hasn't been any response from Amazon
side, I called again, had a word with Amazon supervisor and the reply was to
wait for 3 more business days, there wasn't response even after 3 business days and i called again and they are asking me to wait for 5 more business days, since they are still working on my issue. its been 22 days since this issue . I would
like to have the RRN number for the
transaction which is shared so i can provide this to my credit card company.need to know what is going on where is my money, I have attached email sent to me regarding this issue.
Kindly help me and refund my money to my account.
