Respected Sir/Ma'am
I'm Lalan Kumar Pandey, I'm an active Amazon user. During Amazon's Great Indian Festival Sale I ordered a product worth Rs 4266/- I had paid Rs 4190/- using Amazon Pay Later and the remaining from Amazon Pay balance. And the same day I did the EMI - Manual repayment of that order through UPI but the order has been cancelled by amazon itself due to technical issues.
I got a cashback of Rs 450/- at the same day I ordered the product, So now i will get an adjustmental refund of Rs 3816/- and also i got a mail mentioning about the refund mentioning that the refund will be credited into my bank account within 5-7 days but it's going to be more than a month and till now no refund has been initiated into my bank account and now it is showing:

I have talked about this query with Amazon's customer service but they told that they didn't have sufficient information regarding Amazon Pay Later and told me to get in touch with IDFC First Bank customer service so I had talked to them but they told that my mobile number isn't yet registered with the bank so they aren't able to find the transaction details regarding to my account.
I'm feeling like my money has been stuck.
I just want someone to please look at this issue and help me to get my money back as soon as possible.
