    I purchased one Scan Disk miro UHS-1 card 128Gb on21 September 2021, and received the item on 23 September 2021.when I checked the sd card, seems the card is used some one it had some Stored Byjus app. I returned back nextday, So far i dont receive anything from Amazone. I contact customer careof amazone and mailed. They told me you returned sd card not orginal, so cant do any thing. How I know this not orginal one without checking, Please take a favourable action to me

      I had purchased Samsung M52 5G on October 3, 2021. After a week o[censored]sage the phone started to show multiple problems, lines on screen when camera app is opened, heavy battery drain issue even when idle, phone getting hot on usage, very poor signal connectivity both inside and outside, call getting not connected and incoming calls getting cut. I approached Samsung showroom and they confirmed it is a defective piece and told to initiate process through Amazon for replacement but there is no response from Amazon after multiple phone calls and email communications. I need swift resolution from Amazon else I will be approaching consumer court soon.

        I have purchase prestige swachh combo product as on 17.01.2022 which return on 23.01.2022, but till now i have never received my return. Amazon says that they initiate my refund on 24.01.2022 but still my refund not credited after daily follow up by email, chat & calls. please help me in this matter and initiate the refund asap.

          Hi Team,
          Received an incorrect product from Amazon which is picked up by Amazon based on return request. However no refund is issued even after multiple follow up. Amazon customer care requested to wait till Mar 01, 2022 and finally denied any refund.
          When I asked if they are going to deliver return the product back to me that is also denied.

          Received a wrangler jeans with proper price tag. I had to return it because of fitting issue. Also there was a slight color/pattern difference.

          On Mar 02, 2022 Amazon customer care has confirmed over email saying they will not issue refund as I have returned a different product to them. Now thats what I have already mentioned it while placing the return request "Different product is received". Product has been picked up without any issue but now refund is denied.

          Either they should not have picked it or picked it only after due investigation or if picked up then issue the refund. Now I have paid Rs 1478/- for the product and also returned the product (Brand new Wranger Jeans) and refund not issued. It looks like day light robbery. Seems amazon has started new business of cheating or have onboarded few of such sellers how initially delivers different product and then dont issue refund when you return it.

          Please look into it. It needs to be stopped.

            Having much reliance in amazon.in, I have been the customer of the Amazon.in since years and upon the publicity broadcasted by on your websource. Attracted to it have ordered a

            KAVIN 100 cm(40 Inches), HD Ready LED Smart TV KN40SCA (Black) (2021 Model/BO8V9BMZ32( Kavin_KN40SCA) HS N:85287219, Item Barcode # KN40SCA[protected] manufacturer by BESTON SKY VISION PRIVATE LIMITED from through online shopping i.e., WWW.AMAZON.IN on[protected] and the same product.

            I regret to inform that the very ordered item sent by you was unboxed by the Service Engineer provided by you has divulged the damage condition of the item and drafted his report and non-conducted installation.
            With regard to I have several attempts were made from my end via chat which further stipulating to attach the pictures of damage item and thereby connecting to call. This all procrastinating process couldn’t be accomplished appropriately accomplished by me due to technical reasons.
            It is unfair that no contact numbers, email addresses are incorporated in your websource to raise/deal return and refund issues when customer service or chat staff fails service the customer like me. It is a fair business practice that if you provide emails of the concern along with contact number on websource along with videos may help the customers like me .
            In said unavoidable circumstances and due to health issue, I am not able to attempt/raise the return or refund instantly. My inexpertism enabled me to raise query belatedly but you made the issue untenable on and from[protected] unilaterally without any instruction. At the behest the hand and glove negligence between yourself, your service engineer and the seller I made to suffered to severe mental agony, trauma, great economical loss.
            In such helpless situation, and the procrastinating process and indirect process of attending queries of return and refund of the customers has become marathon and finally today I could gain your email address from the concerned via chat to settle my query with concerned.. In above stated circumstances I am herewith submitting pictures of above damaged item, Invoice etc. along with Service Engineer report for your kind perusal and necessary action.
            Theredfore, I request your kind authority may be pleased to settle my query as early as possible by replacing the damaged item with a new item at the earliest date.

I have filed multiple A to Z claims at every A to Z claim they asking me to revert kn the same link what they have provided when I am trying to revert on it there I am landing on a page which has only the options available like, continue shopping and reverse refund stating that the appeal was denied by the seller on December 3rd. All my A to Z claims were declined only because of this. Revert option was not available where you asked me to provide more information by Reverting. I even shared the screenshot of it. As the refund is getting delayed there are late fine charges incurring on my credit card. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                The carrier who shipped my order was India post. So I have enquired with my tracking what I got provided by the amazon. So they stated that the order with tracking id EE[protected]IN delivered to Arilova MEDICAL STORE, BALAJI LAYOUT, dairy farm, S. O, VISAKHAPATNAM, 530040 Andhrapradesh India. The address is different to where it's delivered. I have attached all the proofs with in this mail. I here be complained this issue at near by police station and I am attaching that petition too for your reference.

                I gotta refund confirmation mail from bounces.amazon.in on December 06 at 06.02pm
                Stating that my Refund was initiated by the seller for the order id[protected]. Again I had a confirmation with the Amazon customer executive Anjal B. She confirmed that my order's[protected] Refund was initiated by the seller and it takes 5-7 days for the refund of 56, 999/- to my original payment.

                    Hello Amazon Consumer service team,

                    I hope you hear my honest voice for loyal support required from your team,
                    before 3 days i have order two products from amazon under order id :[protected] and both product are unsatisfactory.

                    1. Airwick Gift Pack Kit - which received in unsealed condition and damage product is not working.

                    2. Kapiva A2 Shudh Desi Ghee - This Product is not satisfied with quality, may this is not 100% pure ghee, contains extra substances into it, taste is horrable and not pure ghee

                    When we have approched the issue with custumer service department they have raise the investigation on both product and told us that previously you have taken higher numbers of refund from amazon due to unually bahaviour we are not able to refund this time. But real situation is some time you order product but you are not at home so, product return goes to amazon, still in amazon account shows " refunded " this is amazon problem, some times you received in damage condition we have to raise voice to resolve issue.

                    Now amazon is not taking any action on it by stating that we dont have access to take decision you have to reply to investigation email to contact them no call available.

                    Why amazon threat the loyal customer for block amazon account, this not customer mistake its amazon mistake.

                    I have already email to same investigation team with the videos and photos of product to investigate more.

                    Resolution : I already brought same product from market, so i want to return this product and initiate the refund, we cant loss our money on worse products, every panny is important in life.

                        I booked the said mobile from Amazon on 24th Feb based the delivery date being 25th Feb, 2022. This purchase was made under exchange offer. However, the have not received the product to date and after contacting Amazon continuously they are not providing any solution or delivering my product. Thus said amount includes exchange value too. Could someone please help me here.

                          I bought a Samsung Galaxy S20+ smartphone from Amazon in Jan 2021. After few months a messaged started appearing that the phone will be locked in by Feb 25, if balance payment is not done, whereas I had made the full payment while buying this phone. And now on Feb 27, my phone is locked!

                          I have been following up with Amazon Customer Service since past one month now, and there is still no positive response yet.

                          This is really frustrating!

                            I bought kurta payjama from amazon.in, order no.[[protected]]
                            Which due to bad condition, i sent it back to amazon.com. But i have not received his refund yet. While your amazon customer care is the matter. Those people say that we have put your refund in your account but it has not happened in my account yet. I talked about my branch and customer care.                                 Hi Team -

                                I ordered a OnePlus Neckband from Amazon India on January 17th. The product was delivered quickly. However when I opened the box it was totally damaged and used product which was taped around.
                                I filed a replacement request for the same and an Amazon pickup person came to take that order back.

                                As per their protocol they need to click a picture of the product and when he saw that the product was broken he declined to take it with him. I told him that it was received like that and that's I'm trying to replace it. He never cared about it.

                                I then called amazon customer care and inquired about this. They understood the complaint and initiated another return. To my surprise another person also refused to take the product with him and I had to argue with him.

                                I called amazon customer care 5-6 times and they always said we will issue your refund once we get the product back and always their delivery person refused to take the order with him.

                                At this point I started having heated arguments with customer service and they started an investigation process where I was asked to send them images of the broken product which I did and still after 1 month no response from them.

                                Request you to please help me resolve this as Rs. 2000 is not small amount for which I'm being cheated by Amazon India.

                                    I had ordered curtains on 20th February 2022 with the order #[protected]. I received the shipment on 23rd February 2022. But when the packet was opened, the product was totally different. I didn't receive the products that I had ordered.

                                    Regarding this I had raised a complaint on the same day on customer support. They mentioned that the complaint will be investigated by our team and will give the feedback on 27th February 2022.

                                    When I called on 27th February 2022, I was told that the investigation is complete and I have received the right product.

                                    Amazon is not listening and they say that no refunds or replacement is possible as they have delivered the right product.

                                    What should I do now?

                                      I ordered an item for my mother in Kolkata. I paid for it already online. Delivery man came and asked for money to pay for the item (around Rs 500). My mother thankfully refused to give it as she has never paid before. The item was NOT given to her, but the order is showing as Delivered in my Orders on Amazon India.

                                      I want Amazon India to resend the item to my mother, else refund my money.

                                        I have received the different product from Amazon.

                                        The return was initiated by Amazon customer care executive when I provided the damaged box pic and the different product. The return was picked and it was promised that refund will be initiated within 10 days. I called Amazon again and they told me that the pick up was not made but the product was picked up. They told me they are raising the ticket of same issue and asked to wait further for 3 more days. Then I contacted them after 3 days, they said refund cannot be initiated as they have read my Amazon account on the criteria that I have made many return and replacement within a time period. After that they told that refund can’t be initiated because they received wrong product from my side. I proved them by giving pics that the product was delivered wrong. Now they are forcing me to return the product which I don’t have and saying if I will not return the product they will re charge me again for the product.
                                        Amazon kept misinforming me till
                                        Date about the product and now pressurising me to return the product or else they will not refund me for the product they picked up . I’m being double charged for the own fault.
                                        Please help me.
