This is in regards to misleading information shared in purchasing iphone13 and total protection plan for 1 year, I tried placing order for iphon 13 with mobile protection plan in single order, but due to some issue i was not able to do it, so i requested a call from Amazon for help to created a order, however they denied and asked me to order protection plan and iphone13 separately but should be bought on same day. so accordingly i placed 2 separate order for Quesscare protection plan Order Number:[protected] and Iphone13 Order Number:[protected] on 22nd Jan at 5 minutes gap, but i recieved the mobile and tried activating the policy by calling on quesscare toll free on, they said i am not eligible and asked me to cancel the plan. i called back again to Amazon on misleading in purchasing the mobile and protection plan, and asked them to collect mobile and refund the entire amount 71389.66 Rs for both orders, now they say they cannot do anything and not resolving my issue. I am calling them from last 7 dats, but no response recieved

        Please read the entire message, it is a serious issue. I might end my life if it isn’t resolved, I am under debt.

        I ordered a product from amazon.in (I live in India; Order ID[protected] for Rs. 49, 999. I ordered it from amazon.in because here it was around 15% cheaper than what I saw in the store but when I received the product it was of extremely bad quality so I returned it within the return period (On 13 January) and amazon issued my refund but the problem is I never got my refund. I contacted customer care thrice, every time I got the reply that it will be done in 4-5 days. Three weeks have passed like this with no solution, I am not employed and this amount is huge for me. Please refund my amount. I’ll be greatly thankful if I even get the assurance that it will be done. I am under debt and I can’t handle the loss that too without my mistake.

          I have seen Amazon has became dumb service provider in India !!!

          I am a prime member and I have collected some cashback offers and made transaction but since many days. NO cashback received till date ... So I am writing here because even lead not provided correct resolution...

          1- Add money offer : Add 1500/- using Amazon pay upi and get 50/- cashback..

          2- shop using upi and category wise ofer ... Get 150/- cashback ...

            Hi Team,

            I had placed an order for "Havanto Manhattan Collection Metal Freestanding L Shape 2 Bar Towel Stand for Bathroom - (Black)" worth Rs.3499 from Amazon India on 22nd Jan 2022. The product was delivered to me in an extremely bad courier condition on 30th Jan 2022. I even have the unboxing video. Since the product was damaged, I immediately placed a return request on the app. However on Amazon it was displaying as a replacement request and not return. The seller contacted me on 31st Jan 2022 saying he has received the product and agreed that it was in a damaged state. He mentioned that it will be a hassle to share replacement and that he will cancel the request on his end and I should directly order from their site. When he cancelled, the status of delivery on my end changed to "Product is Already Delivered". Now I cannot even place a new return request because the product is already returned. I spoke to the seller and he said he cannot do anything since Amazon is in between. I called Amazon Customer Care and they mentioned they are not liable for a refund and seller should take complete ownership here. I am absolutely torn between the two and not sure if I will receive a refund or replacement now.

              Hi Everyone i purchased LG UltraWide 73. 66 cm (29 Inch) WFHD (2560 x 1080) IPS Display - HDR 10 later it has built in speakers issue I spoke with Amazon customer care person Sneha, she d'nt know what she did I got 24 Inches second monitor I was shocked by seeing the pack i asked the courier guy take back but he refused then i called Amazon customer care people Imran, sudharsan(worst guy), vidya, Pratik and one guy is worst person in the amazon customer support he called me buddy😡, they said amazon warehouse has problem we will investigate and update me.

                Hi,

                I am a new seller on the Amazon India platform, since day one none of my orders have been picked up by Easy ship personnel, and reasons are not known are communicated by Amazon. When I ask, they send an automated email and dashboard notifications, if I raise a ticked they close the ticked with an automated reply, there's no proper resolution. I have done advertisements on their platform to obtain those sales and ultimately when I have seles the pick-up is not supportive. They are forcing me to opt for their FBA or self-ship service which is not reliable with my products

                  Hi team,
                  I purchased a product from Amazon on 24.12.2021 worth Rs. 49, 999/- and returned that product in between return period.
                  Now its been 14 days after returning that parcel and didn't got any refund Amount till today i.e. 28Jan 2022.
                  Even that refund is forwarded from seller end stucked in Amazon.in
                  Everytime, when i called customer care, they said
                  Sorry for the inconvenience
                  Sorry for the delay in refund
                  We raised this issue and now we're expecting revert on this from our technical team. Your issue is highlighted and just pet info.

                  I just want please help me in this.
                  they are delaying or either denying my refund.
                  I can't bear this huge amount.

                    I have ordered a Springtek Amaze Eco4 inch Queen Bed High Density foam Mattress(75x60x4 inches) from Amazon App on 07th January, 2022 .In amazon app, it shows that it will be delivered to my address i.e. to PIN-785633 in Jorhat district, Assam.But it is not delivered till now.Therefore, i need delivery of the product or compensation for the money blocked and for the false information make available in the app.

                        I have ordered a Zebronics 6 in one trimer on 27th January 2022 which was supposed to be delivered at my residence in Noida on 29th January 2022. When I didn't receive the package till Monday 31st January, I tried tracking status. I was surprised to see that the status is showing delivered on Saturday 29th Jan.                             After that I have mailed to the amazon customer service and yesterday they responded that they have not received the item so they can't refund the amount.

                              Purchased lenevo i7 laptop exchanging Dell i5 laptop on 26th Jan through my credit Amazon ICICI Credit card.(Tracking ID:[protected]
                              New laptop package cancelled on 29th Jan by Courier delivery person named Vignesh(Mob: [protected])showing that laptop has two holes.
                              The delivey person was more interested to check the holes instead of laptop functionality. I showed him laptop ON/OFF and page navigation with
                              the help of internet along with Battery back up 3 to 4 hours. Once the Delivery person cancelled, I asked help from cutomercare to technical team(Asha and her manager)
                              adding the screen shots of the exchange laptop. The technical team convinced and again processed for redelivering laptop again on 30th Jan. The second time
                              same delivery person came to give the new laptop and showed me message that instead of exchange of Dell laptop, new laptop lenevo i7 mentioned for exhange.
                              I told Delivery person to wait and discuss the issue with customercare and try to resolve the issue. He did not listen to me. The delivery peson quickly rejected the package
                              for the second time showing that new laptop mentioned for the exchange.

                              I agained called customer care on 30th jan after package got cancelled. Customercare found it first time deliver mistake was delivery person.
                              Second time delivery mistake was techinical team which placed the order for exhange of new lenevo laptop i7.After second time rejection, the
                              Customercare person told me that you package will be cancelled permanenetly. You will return money 3to 5 working days.

                              Everybody doing the job for name sake . At the end customer is not happy. I am in deep mental depression since 5 days due to Amazon miscommunication. Who will pay for that pain ?

                                I purchased a Luvlap Adore Electric Breast Pump with 2 Phase Pumping, Rechargeable Battery, 2pcs Breast pads free, Soft & Gentle, BPA Free from amazon on 1 November 2021 Order#[protected] for Rs. 2, 756.00.

                                The device comes with a 1 year warranty and has suddenly stopped working. There is no way to get the warranty enforced and amazon customer service is not helping either as they have refused to provide warranty post return period.

                                    I ordered a product from Amazon which I did not get in the box. So I am trying to talk to the Amazon team from last 7 days and they are denying the issue without any further information and not helping me.I keep ordering from Amazon. But this problem has come to me for the first time. I didn't expect this from Amazon, So I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible they either replace the product or raise refund.

                                        Company denied to provide replacement though product has policy even ceo desk denied i agreed to get refund only on cr card or gpay or paytm however they ignore my email and forcefully transferred 2150 to amazon pay i deleted amazon from my fone laptop as its a fraud company. Now need help to get money to my bank or cr card because amazon pay doesnt give option to transfer to bank or pay cr card bill or do gpay paytm. additionally amazon customer care agents dropped my 2 calls when i called them ceo desk didnt call me nor gave no to talk they denied to return my exchange phone. i paid for new working fone however they send me defective product. help me get compensation for delaying harassing and insulting me not following policy though it was available.
