My Panipat (Haryana-north india)friend(co: Pan Overseas-Panipat) had sent to me a package from Panipat on 17th oct'17 to Mumbai. Amazon India have not deliver to me till date. I have purchased a product from amazon with prepaid service but cancelled n requested to return and refund the amount to the respective account n already talked too many customer support executive lots of times but they are just saying that trying to resolve the problem but till date no effective action has been taken regarding my issue.
