Amazon India — Refund of Duplicate Transaction | |||
Hi, I had ordered an item with COD option, and it was delivered to me on 5th of may 2015. And my order number is Order #[protected]. When the Amazon agent arrived, I used my credit card to do the transaction . Since he complained of network problem in debiting the money from my card, he tried to access multiple times. In this process the money has got debited twice on the card, card number ending with 9512. I have sent mails after mails to resolve this and revert my money, but it has been of no help to me. Recently they even promised to credit the amount directly into my some other bank account. I shared my bank account details to them .It has been 2 weeks since then, but I do not see it reflected in my account.
