Amazon India — Refund of mobile

I bought mobile mi 4i 10940online from amazon india and returned it but still i could not recieve my refund amount on talk with customer care and records in my amazon id the refund status is successfull. i hv repeated complaint many times but no action was taken from higher authority too.please resolve the matter.
