[Resolved] Amazon India — Refund of money for a wrong order. | |||||
It's been 2 weeks since i placed an order for a tv with amazon for which i gave a wrong delivery address. Iorder id:[protected] i was told that delivery address can be changed only within cities and i have to place a new order for a different delivery address. My previous order could not be cancelled as the process for shipping had started(Within couple of hrs from my order). The customer service guy assured that he will intercept it during courier dispatch and stop delivery. He assured me that he already did that. Very courteous guy you see. But still the courier guy called again (4 days from my order)and my second chat with another guy confirmed it was taken care and said that it will be sent back to the seller and once it reaches the fulfillment centre, my refund will be processed. 10 days gone and no idea what's happened. I chat again today and i am told i will get a response without fail within 24 hrs. Unsure and have lost faith. Lot of money is locked with them. Those guys are courteous, but cannot solve customer problems quickly. Wondering what action to take next!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
