[Resolved] Amazon India — refund of order

I cancelled an ordered a laptop from amazon.com for a laptop ref no[protected]. It has been a 8 days since i made this transaction but the refund money has not been deposited in my account. I have called the company several times but they are not willing to do anything. I have also contacted my bank i. E central bank but they cannot see any transaction initiated by amazon. Nor they can trace any order via the reference no given by amazon
