I cancelled an ordered a laptop from amazon.com for a laptop ref no[protected]. It has been a 8 days since i made this transaction but the refund money has not been deposited in my account. I have called the company several times but they are not willing to do anything. I have also contacted my bank i. E central bank but they cannot see any transaction initiated by amazon. Nor they can trace any order via the reference no given by amazon

I cannot pay back my refund by Amazon pay balance so kindly insure the my complaints regarding the product refund

I want my pay balance 1899
I am being charged a monthly fee of $14.00 on my credit card for an account I never authorized.

Please remit refund of all past charges.
