[Resolved] Amazon India — refund of order no.[protected] | |
Pl. Refer to amazon.in online order no.[protected] for two items placed on 21-11-18, items received on 25-11-18 and return request created for both the items on 25-11-18 & items picked up on 26-11-18 amounting to rs. 1050. Both the items were picked up by their delivery agent after proper verification and checking of the items. Thereafter i get email from amazon on 03-11-18 about one item of the order i. E dynore stainless steel cup set, 120ml each, set of 6, red that they have received different item. About the other item i. E pigeon stainless steel coffee cup set of 4 (With lid) which was also picked up for refund there is no communication & refund is pending. Both the items were picked up by amazon transport service. It is responsibility of pickup service to check and verify the items. I had handed over the same and correct items to the pickup person. Since on that particular day and same time there were two items which were picked up for return order there is a strong possibility that items could have interchanged while sending due to mistake of amazon transportation service. Amazon is neither giving the products back to me and neither processing the refund for both items for rs. 1050. They are charging me for the products they have in their possession.
