Amazon India — Refund of Returned Item | |||||
I had ordered a bag from amazon, firstly they sent wrong bag, then i returned the bag to the seller, bag is already reached the seller, seller is not replying to mails and when i contacted amazon, they said its seller fulfilled order please contact seller, what the hell is this i have not paid money to seller, i have paid to amazon so why amazon is asking me to contact seller directly they should self contact seller and give me my money back, when i contacted amazon 4-5 days regularly for the sake of my satisfaction they filled a A-Z claim form and said amazon will return your money if seller will not. I said "ok" . 10-12 days has passed since that conversation even now i have not got my money, it was my worst experience with amazon, order details are attached into attachment.
