I ordered a gold coin from amazon on 2nd august 2016 order id[protected] bluestone bis hallmarked 20 grams 24k (995) yellow gold precious coin for 67000 rs. It was dispatched after 2 days and after 6 days i got the msg that it is being returned to the seller back beacause of some problem and i will get my refund. I waited for 5-6 days but didnt get refund. Then they filed a to z guarantee. A to z guarantee investigation period also ended but they did not issue refund. I talked to their customer care team as well as leadership team. All of them just tell me to wait 2-3 days more. Whats the meaning of a to z guarantee then. The product didnt even reach my doorstep so why do i have to wait for their mistake. Neither the bluestone team is giving any response nor the amazon team. Both of them are harassing me and blocking my money. They are not going to pay me any interest also. Was this information helpful? | |||||
