On june 11 2021 a refund have been processed for two items that I ordered from Amazon amounting of Rs 552 for first item and Rs 2899 for the second item. The amount didn’t reflect on my account so I talked with amazon customer care and they asked me to talk with SBI customer care. the SBI customer couldn’t be of any help and they told me I have to deal the issue with amazon customer care. I spoke with amazon customer again but they said I need to visit my bank branch if that’s the case. so I went there and spoke to one of the executive and they said they cant help on that matter I need to speak with the amazon and not SBI employees. I spoke with the amazon customer again and they couldn’t help regarding this issue. it was a waste of time, money and energy. it was not only once I visited the branch but thrice. since I was bouncing back and forth with no solution I gave up as it was extremely frustrating.
After that incident I was even more scared to use prepaid so on 9th august 2022 I paid for three items by COD. I paid through a link send my amazon (ezetap.com) amounting to Rs 2576. The first payment didn’t went through even if it was debited from my account so I had to pay twice. A refund order have been processed on that very day and they said it would reflect on my account by 22nd of August 2022 but till today I haven’t received my refund.
Sir I would be so glad if you could kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve as soon as possible.
