Amazon India — Refund process

I had ordered one milton casarole order no[protected]
and one zeneme gold & silver gold plated jewellery order no[protected]
i paid these orders by gift card and my card.
these items automatically canceled and my giftcard points refund in my acc
but card balance not added to my account which i paid to these two items.
i paid 410 and 257 rs respectively.
i calles amazon many times bt they didnot take any action against my complain.
kindly take a look and refund my balance to my acc.
