Hello sir/mam,
I ordered a watch strap on 3 September 2022, and it delivered in good condition but it didn't fit to my watch, so i placed a return request for that and a return product come on 12 September but the delivery person didn't give that to me by excuses that he forgot the scanner to scan it and said i will come tomorrow again to give it to you, but he didn't come.
So after waiting for him 3 days, i did a complaint for this regarding to Amazon coustomer care and they said to wait for another 5 or 6 days for solution, again i didn't get any solution.
So i again tried to complaint on 23 September around at 7:30 pm but they didn't accept my complaint and said we cannot do anything about it.
I am attaching the original product package photo for your reference, because if delevery person return the product to me then he should taken my original packaging with product.
But i have the original product with me.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
I want my refund, so i can get my required product from another seller.
