Amazon India — refund related of amazon order - #[protected] | |||||
Sir, I placed an order of a phone (Lava z60) on[protected] from amazon.in which i received faulty on[protected] whose order no-#[protected] then on the same day i requested to replace it with a new one. On[protected], i received a replacement of this item whose order no - #[protected]. But this time also i received a faulty product, so i again requested amazon to refund me the amount i. E. Rs 5, 499.00 of this item. On[protected], a pickup agent of amazon came to pickup this phone at 8 a. M but the tracking id that he gave me is wrong and the executives of customer care told me that as soon as we get the update from the pickup boy, we refund you the amount. So, pls. Help me.
