Amazon India — Refund still not credited | |||||
I ordered 2 products from Amazon India worth 1998rs out of which one was defective. I ordered for return of the product and it has been more than a month, I have not received any refund from their side. They insist that the transaction has been completed but my bank denies. I gave them a copy of my account statement also. I asked them for NEFT no. to which they gave me an incomplete NFT no. which is of no use. I have been calling their customer care from past 1 month but they are just beating around the bush. So far, they have not provided me any NEFT no. or any transaction completion proof so that I could pursue my bank. The refund is only for 999rs but even for such a minute amount they are harassing the customer. Please help! Was this information helpful? | |||||
