Amazon India — refunding delay | |||
I ordered a purple colour palazzo from vaidehi creation women'ruffle pants split high waist maxi long crepe palazzo overlay pant skirt on 24th june 2018 from amazon. When i received the item on 30th june 2018 i got a red one instead of purple. I am totally disappointed with the purchase. So on the day itself i requested for a return. On the next day (Ie., 1st july 2018), the amazon executive collected the product from me. When i checked the return/refund status in my amazon account, there mentioned a refunding delay of 3-5 days so i'm waited for that and i also received some sms alerts occasionally.. Yesterday i received a sms that today (Ie., 5th july 2018) the refund will be processed to my account. But till now i didn't received my money back to my bank account. What's going on? How can somebody continue to buy products from amazon without fear when you people stay irresponsible like this? So please consider this matter. Thank you! Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered a oneplus 6. But Amazon delivered me a damaged product. And they did not take it back.
