Amazon India — Refund/payment of the product not received in my bank account

It has been more than a month and I have not received my refund in my bank account even after so many calls and mails. The Amazon customer care is of no help at all. The bank needs Refund Reference Number from the company(Amazon India), but they are just giving me dates to receiving refund reference number of the product and not giving me my money.

Today is 3rd Jan 2023 where again I spoke to them over call and they are again still telling me to wait for 3-5 business days more for them to generate refund reference number and send me which I think is still not going to come!

I request the said refund asap in my bank account.
