• Order no.[protected] dated 01.11.23 regarding return of HP X200 Wireless Mouse. The item was returned on 14.11.23 and was duly accepted by the Amazon. Initially, the website depicted “Refund credited to your account by original payment method” but thereafter, the version changed every time whenever I opened the website like (a) item is on the way. Refund will be initiated as soon as it reaches us. (b) Your return is likely lost in-transit and (c) lastly on 05.01.24, it showed on top right side “Return received on: Nov 17, 2023” whereas the bar chart on left showed “Nov 6 - Replacement initiated; Nov 17 - Picked up & Nov 17 - Replacement complete. Now it has completely disappeared perhaps due to myself having made more successful purchases after this order. I don’t understand as to what necessitated your officials to manipulate the website in this manner. The Escalation Team replied “Order cancelled due to payment method is hard declined. If the amount is debited, it will be reverted back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days by 14 February 2024. If in case you've not received the refund you can contact bank's customer care and dispute the charge.
• Order No.[protected] dated December 7, 2023 was cancelled due to non-credit of Rs. 187 into Amazon account though it was duly debited from my account.
