Please refer to the above order which was scheduled to be delivered on 11.08.2022 by 9 PM
As we are pre-occupaied on the evening I called up Amazon customer Service and briefed Madam Jhyoti that after 6PM we will not be able to take the delivery and reschedule the same on 12.08.2022.
She assured that the delivery will be made within 6.00 pm on 11.08.2022 and will call me before 5.00 PM for deliver confirmation.
However, no one called from AMAZON
At about 7:47 PM I received a notification that the parcel will be delivered today (11.08.2022) by 9 PM and provided me a contatct no Amazon delivery.
I called 13 times but everytime the delivery man discnnected the line. (why Amazon share a telephone no, if the customer cannot use it)
After 20 minutes a call came from Amazon Delivery (the call initiated not from our campus but from some plase else as i checked our premise in-out data from MYGATE wihich issues a notification to me for my visitor)
He tried to convince us that we should take the delivery today or cancel the order which we vehemently oppose. He then abuse my wife and me and after a long conversation cancelled the order by himself. We just requested him to deliver the parcel next day.
I lost the chance to get the item at a discounted price.
The delivery person posted REFUSED parcel in his comment to Amazon when he was not present at my door not even in my campus.
Requesting Amazon to see this desperate and misleading delevery person harassing the customes. Was this information helpful? |
