Hey this is anurag here my account has been locked kindly unlocked my account and give me the reason why you locked my account Account details Login id-[protected] Login user-anurag Kindly make it as faster as you can thank you And when i call the said your account will unlocked in 48 hours but after 48 hours my account status remain the same then i again call to customer care they said send an mail to your team [protected]@amazon.in but now more than 12 hours is over and they didn't response to my mail Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered two products from Amazon India. I used one and wanted to return another. I raised request for one item and every time courier boy come with reverse slip of two pickup items. One Item I have used so wanted to return only one. Customer care is not responding at all.
