i am raj kumar from mansa punjab(151505). My amazon account detail mentioned as below:
reg. Mobile no. Protected
registered email id: [protected]@gmail.Com.
Registered name: raj kumar
i am unable to login my amazon account from dated 6th mar 2023. When try to login my amazon account then shown error (we cannot find an account with that mobile number). But last transaction by me which is sucessful on dated 5th march 2023 on time 04:17 pm.
When try to contact with customer care regarding error shown & login my account as reply given by customer care of amazon we are unable to help you due to unauthenticate your account as provided wrong email id . But email id of my amazon account never changed by me. My current balance of account is rs. 52, 899/- only.
This same issue faced on 2 mar 2023. Then i provide all information and unhold my account on 3 march 2023 on 01:03am.
But know faced same issue again.
I also sent email on your email address [protected]@amazon.Com, [protected]@amazonpay.In, [protected]@amazon.In, [protected]@amazon.In on dated 6th march 2023. But i cant get any reply from your side.
So please solve my problem immidately. If my amazon account not activate or refund my money in original payment method . Was this information helpful? |
