Amazon India — regarding automatically cancelled my order | |||||
I am jitendra prajapati. I placed the order on 16th july 2018 for swagade 2tb portable hard disk. My order number is = order #[protected]. I received the confirmation message and mail from the company. Now, suddenly the order is canceled automatically on 17th july, 2018. Again i placed another order on 17th july 2018 for swagade 4tb portable hard disk. My order number is = order #[protected]. I received the confirmation message and mail from the company. Now, suddenly the order is canceled automatically on 18th july, 2018 again. So, kindly request you to go through it and re-order or active my order. Give me feedback as soon as possible via e-mail and call on - [protected]. I already sent complaint mail to [protected]@amazon.In and [protected]@amazon.In on 17th and 18th july 2018.
