My self neha mishra i have purchase one laptop company name hp 15. Be016tu 15.6 inch laptop (6th gen core). Price of laptop which i paid online 27490. Which i paid online. I got empty parcel its mean no laptop nside. Immediately i get courier boy and tell such condition they tell sorry please contact customer care. Then i call customer care and tell all detail. Customer care tell me wait for 1 day. After 1 day they tell me sorry we can, t provide you refund or replacement. Then i send legal notice by high court jabalpur lawyer to amazon & cloudtail india company pvt ltd. But they didn, t reply my notice still. So, i compliant to your website. Please do some thing and resolve my prblem. Please provide me refund regarding this,. Call me [protected]. Refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
