Amazon India — Regarding locking of amazon account | |||
Amazon has unnecessary locked my account, and even after sending all my documents which they have requested, nothing is happening since 47 days now. I already paid Rs 999 for the prime membership, which i am not able to use the benefit from past 2 months. I know they will not unlock my account, because the customer care team and the accounts team are totally useless. When i called the customer care executive, he kept on repeating that he was not able to hear me and he will have to disconnect the call, when i could hear him loud and clear, and kept on shouting hello, he kept on repeating the same, because he wanted to disconnect anyway. I think amazon in india is totally useless, and i am really disgusted with their customer care / accounts team I just want my money refunded, as i believe they will cheat me by locking the account and not giving my money. I already have Rs 1968 in my amazon pay balance and I am also the old customer of amazon.in from past 5 years. Someone used my account with other credit card and then my account is locked and i cannot use my balance also the benefits of my amazon credit card. Pls open my account to use amazon.
