Amazon India — regarding my order and complaint of your csa

I ordered one washing Machine from amazon and it is supposed to delivery today which Monday 12th November.
It is still not Shipped yet from your side and No one inform me regarding the delay.
It is very disappointing from side.
This kind of response towards Prime customer is not good.

For this query I contacted to your customer care but got very Disappointed by the response from your executive.
After a hold of 15min. your CSA Pratyush is asking for more 48hrs to get the get details

Please look into this matter and resolved it ASAP... .
