[Resolved] Amazon India — Regarding my refund | |||
I have ordered boat rockerz 235V2 which is of 1099. Which got delivered on 27 Jun. I have placed for return on same day. The person from Amazon came and resived it on 28jun and then on 8 jul got a mail the amount has been credited. Which is not yet transferd to my account. I have done each step guided by Amazon customer service. And now they say they can help it. This is the attachment of reference no. Of transaction.. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 24, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved They askd me to contact customer service. I have done. Then they asked me to contact my main branch I have done. Then they asked me to submit dispute form.i have done it.. Even I have raised complaint against my bank in customer service. And now when i contact them they say this only solution we have. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
