Amazon India — Regarding Order no. #[protected] and #[protected]

The above mention reference orders are not come to my address where I was cancelled second order before reaching and first order gave me a mail that they come and contact me but actually no one come and contact me. This delivery problem I also get before this so I cancelled this and Amazon is not well online purchasing centre. Fake promise, fake delivery mail.
I request you kindly refund my money which I paid for the above order.
