Amazon India — Regarding redmi 8 phone | |||
I have ordered a mobile redmi note 8. It has switched off after 2 days. I tried to switch it on but its not working even i have charged it but still no response from the mobile set. It is in completely dead mode. I have talked your technical assistants multiple times. They said ok your phone would be picked up. But the pickup boy told me he was not able to find out the emei number of the phone so ge would not pick up. He suggested me to call the technical assistant again and ask him/her to send a email to the delivery boy i called again the assistant told me ok your package would be picked after 3 days and told me he mailed all the information which is required. Today the day on which my the phone would be picked up but the pickup boy has not come i called him now he is telling me call them again i have not get any email from them. I have all the call recordings and feeling very frusteted now what can i do. I am filing a complaint here if there is no response i have only one option which is consumer court.
