Amazon India — regarding refund and worst customer service | |
I have ordered two products on 24th oct from amazon with the amount of rs. 2164 and rs.2663. The product was cancelled and did not get the refund amount till the date. I have already contacted so many times but didn't get any response from amazon side. However the bank have already sent money on amazon account. I wanted to say that how can amazon customer care people also lie. No single proper response they provide. I am sharing all my details in screenshots. Was this information helpful? | |
